This guide applies only to the website-distributed FormSignal Direct edition. Its trial does not request a card or other payment method. The unlocked Google Play closed-test edition does not use this trial or subscription system.

To leave the free trial without paying, do nothing.
No card is collected when you start the trial, so FormSignal cannot charge you. At the end of day seven, trial access closes automatically.
How the trial works
- Start: enter your email on the secure Stripe page. No payment method is requested.
- Explore: install the signed Android app and use the limited trial features for seven days.
- Choose: allow the trial to expire for £0, or deliberately add payment details and confirm a paid plan.
The trial is limited to one use per customer and Android device. FormSignal stores protected identifiers to enforce that limit.
If you choose a paid plan
Before you confirm, Stripe shows the plan, recurring price, billing frequency, any introductory discount and applicable tax. A paid subscription begins only after you provide a payment method and confirm the purchase.
- Monthly Pro renews at £9.99 each month.
- Annual Pro renews at £79.99 each year.
- Founding annual is £59.99 for the first year when the stated offer is applied, then £79.99 each year.
How to stop a paid renewal
Open subscription management from the FormSignal app or activation page and select cancellation in Stripe’s secure customer portal. You can also email [email protected] before renewal.
Cancellation turns off the next recurring charge. Your paid access normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Cooling-off rights and refunds
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under UK consumer law. Digital services can have different cancellation consequences once supply begins at your request. If you believe a payment was taken incorrectly, contact us promptly so it can be investigated.
